What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries, conduct studio tours and introductory consultations, explain services, and close sales
• generate leads through referrals, outbound calls, community outreach, and promotions
• follow up with prospects and nurture leads
• coordinate client onboarding with the coaching team
• use the CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• support marketing campaigns and outreach.
