Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation is a locally owned residential HVAC and home-performance company serving homeowners throughout the Phoenix metro area; the stated schedule is Monday through Friday. The General Manager oversees day-to-day sales, service, installation, and administrative operations, working with ownership to develop leaders, improve performance, strengthen accountability, and drive profitable growth. The role supports sustainable expansion while maintaining customer experience and workmanship standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and profitability
• supervise, hire, terminate, and mentor employees
• hold department managers accountable to KPIs
• oversee customer service and vendor pricing negotiations
• review profit and loss and make strategic decisions
• work with ownership on long-term planning
• lead weekly management meetings
• improve processes, procedures, and policies
• ensure consistent use of ServiceTitan
• evaluate and implement additional home-service trades or business lines.
