Flat Rate Automotive Technician

Job overview

The Flat Rate Automotive Technician role is full-time and onsite in Westborough, MA, with an annual pay range of $60,000–$120,000. What you'll do

• Complete assigned vehicle service and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership procedures
• follow safety requirements
• notify management of additional repairs or work issues
• use service tools and equipment properly
• road-test vehicles when required
• participate in manufacturer training
• supervise apprentices when assigned
• meet production and efficiency benchmarks
• document repair orders
• and maintain tools and required protective equipment.
