What you'll do

• Manage project billing, schedules, labor reports, materials, and project files
• coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• review estimates and prepare change orders
• monitor project accounting, profitability, claims, and cash flow
• approve vendor and subcontractor billings
• coordinate project meetings and closeout
• support foremen with tools, information, and materials
• estimate work as required.
