Real Estate Analyst — Commercial Real Estate Finance

The Real Estate Analyst role is fully onsite in Aurora, CO, with compensation of $90,000–$130,000 per year. Direct Counsel is recruiting for an Am Law 100 firm’s Real Estate Finance Practice Group, which works on commercial real estate transactions. The analyst supports attorneys and transaction teams by conducting due diligence, reviewing title, survey, and zoning materials, helping resolve issues, and coordinating with external parties to meet closing requirements.

What you'll do

• Conduct due diligence on commercial real estate transactions
• order and review title reports, surveys, and zoning reports
• analyze reports and prepare objection letters
• assist with resolving title and survey issues
• coordinate with surveyors, title companies, and municipal entities on closing requirements
• and provide additional support to attorneys as needed.
