Reporting to the CFO, the manager will build the company’s first FP&A function and establish planning, forecasting, reporting, and cash-visibility processes. The role equips leadership, site operators, and ownership with analysis to guide decisions and track performance as the business scales and integrates acquisitions.

What you'll do

• Lead annual budgeting and implement monthly and rolling forecasts
• analyze budget and forecast variances
• build automated KPI reporting and management reporting packages
• own board and investor reporting
• manage daily cash reporting and rolling cash forecasts
• prepare lender and covenant reporting
• lead selection and implementation of an FP&A system and represent planning needs in ERP implementation
• support acquisition integration, due diligence, and pro-forma reporting
• partner with site and functional leaders and provide ad hoc analysis.
