What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers about State Farm products and services
• identify and qualify leads by gathering customer information
• stay informed about products and services
• follow up on campaign and referral leads to schedule agent appointments
• provide initial information and answer basic questions
• maintain prospect and customer interaction records
• follow State Farm communication and compliance guidelines
• report call activity, lead generation, and appointments.
