The Grain Processing Operator role is onsite in Woden, IA. Pay is $19.00–$23.50 per hour based on experience. Gold-Eagle Cooperative serves the north-central Iowa agriculture community and supports farmers through its facilities and services. The operator oversees grain handling processes to maintain efficiency, precision, and quality. The role includes receiving, storing, drying, blending, and loading grain, maintaining equipment and facilities, and supporting the agronomy department when seasonal needs increase.

What you'll do

• Receive, store, handle, dry, blend, and load grain
• monitor grain quality
• operate and maintain equipment
• keep grain facilities and equipment clean and safe
• support the agronomy department during peak season
• meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varied temperatures and elevated or confined spaces.
