What you'll do

• Build advisory relationships with senior leaders and HR Business Partners
• diagnose organizational needs using interviews, focus groups, surveys, data, observation, and process review
• develop recommendations and roadmaps
• design and facilitate leadership development
• support talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans
• design and improve blended learning solutions
• manage an organizational development and learning portfolio
• define and evaluate outcomes
• manage vendors and approved budgets
• share tools and knowledge with internal practitioners.
