What you'll do

• Provide antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care for uncomplicated obstetric patients
• assess and document patient status
• provide evidence-based care, consultation, coordination, and referrals
• educate and counsel patients
• admit, manage, and deliver obstetric patients
• recognize and respond to emergencies in collaboration with physicians
• round on hospitalized antepartum and postoperative patients
• perform gynecological annual and problem exams, contraception consultations, health screenings, and related procedures
• surgical first assist, with education and training provided as needed.
