The Sports Programming Lead role is onsite in Henderson, NV. Compensation is not specified. The position supports the Sports Department at Henderson Sport & Social, a destination for youth and adult sports, recreation, fitness, dining, and family entertainment. The role leads daily sports operations so courts, fields, leagues, tournaments, rentals, and programming are safe, organized, and ready for guests. It also coaches Sports Attendants and coordinates with the Tournament Coordinator, Events team, Guest Services, and Sports Facilities Manager to deliver sports experiences for guests of all ages and skill levels.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Sports Attendants
• assign daily responsibilities
• train new team members
• oversee opening, closing, court readiness, and operational checklists
• verify reservations, leagues, tournaments, rentals, and programming
• coordinate court rotations, tournament operations, scheduling conflicts, and daily programming
• partner with event and facility teams
• maintain equipment inventory and coordinate repair needs
• escalate sports disputes, rule questions, equipment concerns, guest complaints, and minor injuries
• supervise attendants during activities
• maintain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification and respond appropriately during emergencies.
