What you'll do

• Assist with corporate governance matters, including the preparation and review of Board materials and corporate policies and procedures.
• Manage cap tables, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Perform due diligence reviews and assist with the preparation of related reports and documentation.
• Prepare and file various securities filings, including Form D and Section 16 reports.
• Provide support in the preparation and filing of annual reports, proxy statements, and other SEC filings.
• Assist with stock administration matters, including stock option grants and exercises, and equity plan compliance.
• Collaborate with the legal team and other departments to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal and administrative support as needed.
