The Spanish-Speaking Patient Collections Specialist — On-Site role is full-time and onsite in Tracy, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $17.00–$19.00 per hour. Pacific Medical provides durable medical equipment and services directly to patients, medical networks, physician clinics, and offices, with a focus on advancing patient care through service and product technology. The role helps ensure payment for services by working with patients and guarantors to resolve overdue accounts and denied claims. It also supports accurate account follow-up, insurance and demographic updates, payment arrangements, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Contact patients and guarantors about outstanding balances and declined card payments
• follow up on refund requests and payment arrangements
• update insurance and demographic information and submit or resubmit claims as indicated
• document calls, actions, complaints, and disputes
• route complaints for follow-up.
