What you'll do

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, orientation, employee changes, performance documentation, and offboarding
• administer leave programs and employment-law compliance
• maintain affirmative action plans and support EEO-1 reporting
• manage benefits enrollment and records
• coordinate with brokers and carriers
• support safety and workers’ compensation processes
• maintain HRIS data and metrics
• assist payroll
• support employee relations, investigations, policies, and training.

Why this role
