Human Resources Business Partner

What you'll do

• Partner with plant leadership on operational roadmaps and HR execution plans
• monitor retention, turnover, and headcount metrics
• oversee recruitment, onboarding, teammate relations, performance management, and retention initiatives
• lead HR projects
• mentor junior HR professionals
• improve workflows and automation
• redesign standard operating procedures
• build relationships with plant managers, supervisors, and shop-floor teammates.
