What you'll do

• Support online account opening and digital banking inquiries by email, chat, and phone
• assist with online and mobile banking, debit and ATM cards, and phone banking
• process online account applications and resolve issues using customers’ preferred communication methods
• prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• improve the online account-opening experience
• troubleshoot escalated system and process issues
• maintain CRM and BPM workflows
• document, test, and communicate system updates and platform enhancements
• participate in cross-functional product, service, and system projects
• analyze and research potential changes and their impact across the bank.
