What you'll do

• Schedule medical appointments and determine patient eligibility from phone, secured-message, or other requests
• maintain appointment schedules in government systems such as CHCS, AHLTA, or MHS GENESIS
• validate eligibility through DEERS
• receive and electronically deliver telephone messages to primary care managers or clinic nurses using government systems, protocols, and clinic guidelines.

Why this role
