What you'll do

• Oversee customer accounts and coordinate engine and component projects from induction through delivery. Manage scope, schedules, costs, documentation, risks, and status updates
• coordinate with Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance
• support agreements, work orders, billing, and customer issue resolution
• and maintain customer relationships. Occasional extended hours, weekend support, or travel may be needed.
