What you'll do

• Monitor production and coordination of construction documents for alignment with codes, standards, and consultant work
• collaborate with project architects on design, program, and regulatory requirements
• coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• support bid and construction packages and construction administration
• track and communicate scope, budget, schedule, and risk impacts
• contribute to planning and QA/QC
• delegate tasks and mentor junior staff.
