What you'll do

• Create course outlines, lesson plans, and materials
• teach ESOL and citizenship-preparation classes
• adapt instruction to student levels and learning styles
• contact and assess students
• follow up on absences and document participation
• coordinate volunteers for mock interviews
• administer and analyze BEST Plus tests
• support intake, registration, orientation, and student records
• enter attendance and outcomes in Salesforce
• attend staff meetings and professional development.
