What you'll do

• Manage administrative work for active health-plan subrogation and insurance recovery cases
• answer inquiries about claims, liens, coverage, and documentation
• communicate with attorneys, adjusters, representatives, and carriers
• send lien notices and updates and follow up on missing materials
• prepare and route documents
• monitor case status and flag concerns
• maintain case notes and communication logs
• track reimbursement payments and escalate delays.
