Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter is required to work fully onsite in San Francisco, CA, five days per week; relocation is open. It contributes to company growth and revenue by developing sourcing channels, managing the candidate pipeline, and using funnel data to improve conversion and retention.

What you'll do

• Own the expert pipeline from outbound sourcing and inbound campaigns through qualification, conversion, and activation
• run and test multi-channel campaigns
• build and manage sourcing systems and tools
• track funnel metrics, conversion, and retention
• partner with Strategic Project Leads to plan sourcing by domain and seniority.
