What you'll do

• Advise on federal consumer financial laws and state mortgage and lending requirements
• own the compliance management system, policies, and regulatory risk framework
• advise on product launches and features
• counsel product and engineering teams
• advise on mortgage servicing and customer complaints
• review credit agreements, notices, and disclosures
• advise on vendors and bank partners
• review marketing content for compliance
• track regulatory developments
• oversee licensing and regulatory relations
• support corporate matters, privacy and data security, diligence, and outside counsel.
