What you'll do

• Read building, mechanical, and electrical prints and schematics
• test and repair basic electrical circuits and lighting
• perform preventive maintenance on equipment and buildings
• repair and install plumbing fixtures, supplies, and feeder lines
• operate man lifts and forklifts
• perform carpentry, sheetrock, painting, and floor covering repairs
• maintain commercial kitchen equipment
• communicate project and repair status and priorities to facility management.
