The Home Health Aide and Personal Care Assistant role is an onsite, in-home position in West Roxbury, MA, with assignments across Massachusetts. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. Associated Home Care helps seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes with dignity and independence. Caregivers provide practical and personal support that helps clients maintain well-being at home. The work includes daily living assistance, companionship, reminders, and documentation of client activities and condition.

What you'll do

• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation
• provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care
• offer companionship and conversation
• provide medication reminders as needed
• document daily activities, client well-being, and changes in condition.
