Job overview

The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Sidney, OH; base pay is $27–$40+ per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for second- and third-shift work. First-, second-, and third-shift opportunities support American Trim’s manufacturing operations. The technician troubleshoots and repairs production equipment and automated systems, supports equipment installation and improvement, and serves as a technical resource to Maintenance and Production to improve reliability and manufacturing performance.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, install, repair, and modify PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems
• maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• support equipment installation, startup, and improvement projects
• perform preventive maintenance
• mentor and train team members
• follow safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Why this role

First shift is Monday–Friday, 5:55 AM–2:00 PM; second shift is Monday–Friday, 1:55 PM–10:00 PM; third shift is Sunday–Thursday, 9:55 PM–6:00 AM. All shifts include rotating weekends and overtime as needed.
