• review RFQs and RFPs and identify requirements
• develop compliance matrices and outlines
• manage deadlines, kickoff meetings, production, reviews, and submission
• coordinate pursuit schedules and assignments
• maintain resumes, project descriptions, qualifications, and reusable content
• improve templates and workflows
• track pursuit outcomes and lessons learned
• responsibly use approved AI and proposal technologies with human review and data safeguards.
