The Caregiver — Prairie Grove Area role is onsite in Prairie Grove, AR, and surrounding areas including Farmington, Lincoln, and Canehill. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. Senior Helpers’ mission is to provide compassionate care and improve quality of life for clients, families, and employees. The caregiver provides comfort-focused support to seniors and their families, assisting with daily living and companionship while coordinating with family members, the office team, and outside care providers such as hospice teams.

What you'll do

• Provide comfort-focused care and assigned activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and repositioning
• offer companionship and emotional support
• observe and report changes in condition, comfort, or needs
• work with family members and outside care providers to support the care plan
• prepare meals and tidy the home.

Why this role

End-of-life, hospice, or palliative care experience is strongly preferred; at least one year of experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance is required. Reliable transportation to reach clients is required.
