What you'll do

• Participate in rotations across project management, field, safety, fleet, and estimating
• contribute to current projects
• attend workshops and training
• assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and communication
• learn equipment and maintenance
• assist with plan reviews and CAD drawing preparation
• shadow construction crews and safety coordinators
• participate in site visits and construction observation.
