What you'll do

• Maintain dishwashing workflow
• clean, sanitize, and restock items
• monitor dishwashing equipment and report issues
• track cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
• help keep back-of-house areas and restrooms orderly
• dispose of waste
• follow safety and sanitation protocols
• perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
