Compensation is $36–$50 per year. The Site Technician (Support) role is an onsite position based in Taylor, TX. , with a range of $36 - $50 per hour. This role supports the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) by maintaining critical infrastructure to ensure grid reliability. The role exists to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of critical HVAC and technical infrastructure. It contributes to the operational excellence of ERCOT facilities by ensuring uptime and responding to emergency incidents in a 24/7 environment.

What you'll do

• Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and physical inspection of critical infrastructure HVAC equipment.
• Assist with diagnostics and mechanical repairs.
• Execute routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to safety and emergency incidents.
• Utilize BAS applications for system optimization.
