What you'll do

• Lead the Drilling and Completions quality assurance program
• direct and coach quality personnel and inspectors
• lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
• close findings and corrective actions
• improve registers, inspection and test plans, and quality processes
• advise operational and engineering forums
• partner with Supply Chain on vendor requirements
• oversee third-party inspectors
• report quality metrics and risks
• promote quality culture and comply with governance and safety requirements.
