The Screening Operator is an onsite, full-time role in Sunnyvale, CA, paying $20–$25 per hour. The listed schedule is swing shift, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Sierra Circuits manufactures and assembles printed circuit boards, including complex prototypes. The operator processes PCB panels through solder-mask preparation and screening operations according to travelers and standard procedures. The role supports product quality and department production goals through timely processing, documentation, equipment operation, and preventive maintenance.

What you'll do

• Check travelers for due dates, material types, process instructions, and priorities
• complete and document screening tasks
• set up, operate, and tear down the DP1500 automatic coating machine
• operate LDI exposure and Sprint legend equipment
• manually screen legend, solder mask, peel-able solder mask, and carbon ink
• assist the department in achieving zero scrap
• perform weekly preventive maintenance and housekeeping
• inform managers of potential problems.
