What you'll do

• Work with the controller
• assist with financial statements and month-end closeouts
• maintain the chart of accounts
• identify financial anomalies
• assist with project closeouts
• monitor KPIs and the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking
• support timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closeouts
• maintain accurate bookkeeping
• suggest process refinements
• submit credit applications
• set up customers and jobs in QuickBooks
• ensure correct cost codes are used.
