What you'll do

• Inspect and burn-in test new hardware
• install, relocate, and function-test phones, printers, thin clients, computers, and other hardware
• repair and test computers, tablets, mobile phones, printers, and related equipment
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• request parts and supplies within budget
• maintain spare parts and loaner devices
• and track issues and corrective actions in problem management systems. A high school diploma and specialized electronics or computer-related courses are required
• experience with Windows 10, Apple products, and Microsoft Office is also required.
