Security Account Manager — Garage Properties

The Security Account Manager role is onsite in Saint Petersburg, FL, overseeing assigned garage property accounts and conducting site visits across multiple locations. Compensation is $21–$22 per hour. The manager supports security service delivery and client relationships for Covenant Security Solutions. The role exists to coordinate daily account operations, officer performance, client satisfaction, and contract compliance. It contributes to safe, reliable service by maintaining staffing and coverage, addressing incidents, and monitoring quality and financial performance.

What you'll do

• Serve as the main client contact and resolve issues
• conduct site visits to assess service quality, officer performance, and post-order compliance
• oversee scheduling, staffing, and coverage
• ensure officers follow policies and safety protocols
• coach and evaluate staff with HR
• lead incident response and follow-up
• maintain compliance documentation and training records
• support audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• partner with HR and Recruiting on hiring, onboarding, and training
• manage schedules, payroll accuracy, overtime, budgets, labor utilization, and contract profitability
• prepare operational updates, client reports, and performance metrics.
