The Senior Workplace Manager, Colocation & Spark role is onsite in Denver, CO or Dallas, TX, with regular travel of up to 50%, including international travel. Compensation is $140,000–$170,000 per year plus bonus. Crusoe's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through AI infrastructure. The role builds and operates a consistent workplace program across distributed Spark and colocation data center sites. It establishes standards, systems, vendor relationships, and team practices that keep sites functional and employees supported without daily on-site coordination.

What you'll do

• Build the Colocation & Spark workplace program, standards, service levels, and mobilization playbooks
• own day-to-day workplace operations, systems, reporting, and remote-monitoring cadence across sites
• manage vendors and colocation landlord relationships
• oversee workplace budgets, forecasting, vendor spend, and cost optimization
• plan travel for mobilizations, executive visits, and quality checks
• adapt People and Workplace programs for distributed teams
• coordinate hospitality-caliber visitor experiences, food, beverage, amenities, and events
• hire, manage, and develop the Workplace Coordinator team
• coordinate site visits for executive, VIP, and prospective client visits.
