The Pharmacy Manager role is onsite in Medford, OR; compensation starts at $152,000 annually. Rogue Community Health’s mission is to improve health, especially for vulnerable community members, in partnership with the community. The role leads daily pharmacy operations and serves as the Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring regulatory compliance, sound financial and inventory management, and safe, patient-centered services. By leading staff and partnering with pharmacy leadership, the manager supports improved patient care, pharmacy growth, and organizational initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead daily pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, inventory management, and staff leadership
• serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy
• partner with the Director of Pharmacy and Senior Director of Pharmacy to improve patient care, grow pharmacy services, and support strategic initiatives.
