What you'll do

• Formulate and execute defense strategies for employers facing state and federal labor disputes
• advise on workplace regulations, executive compensation agreements, wage-and-hour compliance, and administrative mandates
• represent management in litigation before courts and administrative agencies
• draft, review, and negotiate employment and non-compete agreements and severance packages
• conduct corporate audits and investigate employee misconduct
• advise executive teams on risk-containment policies.
