What you'll do

• Answer telephone calls and share account information with managers and departments
• prepare correspondence, proposals, banquet event orders, and contracts
• distribute event communications and documents
• coordinate information between sales and catering leaders and other departments
• respond professionally to client inquiries
• coordinate service delivery
• maintain contract and correspondence records
• reserve and confirm rooms and event spaces as needed.
