Switchgear Panel Sales Manager

Job overview

The Switchgear Panel Sales Manager role is onsite in Rocklin, CA, and pays $90,000–$140,000 per year. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer at All Systems Electrical and manages customer projects from inquiry and conceptual design through production, shipping, invoicing, and customer satisfaction. The role combines sales and technical panel knowledge to bring projects into production. Coordinating customer requirements, estimates, engineering, production, and closeout supports successful project delivery and ongoing customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue business opportunities
• develop customer relationships and generate project leads
• prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• clarify customer requirements and develop panel concepts
• estimate engineering, materials, labor, shipping, and other costs
• coordinate with production on lead times
• work with engineering and production after project award
• coordinate shipping, invoicing, and project closeout.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of electrical panel or switchboard manufacturing or installation experience and 2+ years of supervisory or management experience. UL standards experience is strongly preferred; knowledge of UL 50, UL 67, UL 508A, UL 891, UL 1008, and NEC requirements is listed.
