The Shipping and Receiving Associate is an onsite role based in Greenville, SC, with a pay range of $18.00–$19.50 per hour. This position supports the Mattress Firm supply chain team in ensuring the final steps of the customer shopping experience are completed efficiently. This role exists to manage the flow of merchandise, including loading and unloading trucks, staging deliveries, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The associate contributes to the company mission by ensuring products are ready for customers, thereby helping people sleep well and live well.

What you'll do

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries and store products in designated locations.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and sanitation standards.
