What you'll do
- Review and reconcile vendor invoices and statements
- post and reconcile manufacturer invoices
- process check requests
- maintain sublet, advertising, and factory schedules and vendor W-9 files
- post advertising budgets and verify invoices against budgets
- perform monthly accruals as needed
- assist with month-end closing
- prepare and file annual 1099 forms.
