Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager role is onsite in Portland, OR. Pay is $26.00–$28.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM; Wednesday and Thursday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM; and Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. The role oversees daily operations at a storage and property management facility. The manager coordinates facility operations, customer service, financial administration, collections, auctions, and staff support. The role helps maintain accurate records and policy compliance while supporting occupancy, revenue, facility upkeep, and positive customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily facility operations
• monitor occupancy and assist with revenue optimization
• inspect the facility and coordinate maintenance, vendors, work orders, and records
• administer auction processes and documentation
• reconcile deposits and banking activity
• process customer payments and monitor billing, exceptions, refunds, and collections
• support hiring, onboarding, training, audits, schedules, and timecards
• assist customers and handle escalated concerns
• support local marketing and occupancy efforts
• monitor supplies and equipment
• assist with light maintenance and facility upkeep.
