What you'll do

• Provide guest service
• greet guests, answer calls, and stay informed about promotions
• carry out daily priorities assigned by store management
• assist with peer training
• maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and register-area standards
• participate in huddles
• help process shipments and organize receiving and back-stock areas
• remain alert to safety and shoplifting concerns
• help guests locate merchandise and process special orders
• explain and solicit Ridley’s Advantage card accounts
• answer questions about store procedures and policies.
