The Engineer IV - Statements Team role is an onsite position based in St. Louis, MO. What you'll do

• Drive the technical vision, roadmap, and modernization strategy, ensuring solutions align with long-term architectural goals. Design and guide implementation of scalable, enterprise-aligned systems that advance the target technology roadmap. Serve as the technical liaison between Solution Engineers, Technical Architects, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution. Provide strategic leadership on technologies, methodologies, best practices, standards, and processes within areas of expertise. Mentor, coach, and develop associates while fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing across teams. Evaluate requirements, feasibility, costs, benefits, and functional needs
• research and implement innovative technical improvements.
