The Seasoned Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Overland Park, KS, at an apartment community. Pay is $24–$28 per hour. What you'll do

• Complete service requests
• perform apartment turns, repairs, painting, and punch-out work
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems
• conduct preventive maintenance
• maintain grounds and amenities
• participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation
• follow safety policies and local building codes
• maintain work-order and inventory records.
