• Manage day-to-day operations and staff performance at an assigned residential group home
• oversee resident safety and supervision, residential habilitation services, medical and medication matters and appointment follow-up
• review documentation and regulatory compliance
• respond to incidents and emergencies
• and coordinate daily operations, transportation, and environmental safety. The posting requires flexible availability for 24-hour oversight, emergency response, on-call coverage, shift monitoring, and after-hours needs.
