What you'll do

• Train athletes using progressive strength, speed, agility, and deceleration programs
• lead training sessions and maintain a safe, clean training environment
• conduct at least three to five new athlete evaluations weekly
• follow up with prospects
• interview and hire staff and interns
• communicate training progress to parents monthly
• support ETS services and marketing plans
• follow the directors’ manual.
