What you'll do

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan
• promote preventive care, wellness, and appropriate screenings
• order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans
• prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments within scope of practice
• educate and counsel patients and families
• coordinate referrals and continuity of care
• respond to patient questions and urgent or emergency needs
• maintain accurate medical documentation
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• serve as a resource in clinic service decisions and planning.
